Our Infrastructure Repair & Rehabilitation division is equipped with products that can help the longevity of new and old wastewater or irrigation infrastructure; as well as, eliminate the introduction of I&I and provide structural spot repairs to your system. We have teamed up with Sprayroq, Inc. who offers NSF-approved polyurethane coating products formulated for corrosion resistance, impact protection and/or structural rehabilitation of new and old manholes, lift stations, water tanks, irrigation boxes, and other structures.
In order to effectively rehabilitate a manhole you have to address the I&I problems that might be encountered inside a manhole or other structures. Therefore we have teamed up with De neef Construction Chemicals to provide a vast array of chemical grouting options that are ANSI/NSF 61 approved. De Neef’s products allow us the flexibility to not only address I&I in structures such as manholes and liftstations, cracked joints, leaking service lines, but also provide soil stability grouting and the filling of voids left by soil and water erosion.
When we encounter a leak in a manhole we utilize high pressure grouting techniques to stop the problem. However when we find a leaking joint in a 4” service line we utilize a Logiball service packer, and in larger pipes Logiballs standard joint packers to go in and stop the infiltration.
Every now and then we will come across a section of pipe that is broken, missing large peaces, or has a severe infiltration problem. For this we look to Linkpipe stainless steel spot repairs. Linkpipe allows us to go in and fix a 6 inch hole or a 5 foot section of line that is half there without costly excavation.
